| Description |
| The grapes are harvested in boxes with up to 12 kg capacity and sorted by hand both during hand-picking and then again before destemming. The temperature-controlled fermentation in steel and concrete tanks takes an average of 15 to 17 days. Ageing: 12 months in medium-toasted barriques, of which 80% are made of French oak and 20% of American oak. The barriques have been used for one or two other wines beforehand. |

| A fresh, not too heavy red with pleasant floral, mineral and slightly leathery notes. Refined, not too heavy structure, lovely fresh fruit, subtle tannin. Enjoyment in a glass! |
