Shipping policy

NATIONAL UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Our standard shipping rate is £9.99 for National delivery in the UK Mainland. 

We have tested many delivery companies to ensure your wine is delivered in a timely manner and undamaged.

Our delivery prices are standard flat fee rate up to a spend of £200. We currently use APC and DHL for our national deliveries.

FREE Shipping on orders over £200

Orders must be placed before 10am to be eligible for next day delivery (Excluding Friday, weekends and Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on a Friday before 10am will be dispatched on Monday unless you choose to pay for Saturday delivery (please contact us directly for a quote).

Although orders are booked on a 'Next Day' service, we recommend that you allow 2 working days for your order to arrive.

It should also be noted that Bank Holidays can add a day or two to delivery times.

We will send you an e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING

Check your order dispatch email for a tracking number. You can also use Aftership or download the Shop app for tracking and purchasing.

NATIONAL UK NON-MAINLAND

Scottish islands, some remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, UK offshore islands and the Channel Islands are subject to additional shipping costs. Please contact us with your order and we will quote delivery charges. Please allow three working days for orders to these locations. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery (Billericay) is £5.99 or free over £50.00 spend.  Please place your order before 6pm to ensure next day delivery.

Local deliveries operate Monday - Saturday only.
