CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

You can access your account by clicking the 'Login' person icon in the top nav.

You will then be prompted to login using your email and password.

If you don't have an account you can create a new one by clicking Sign up.

If you have forgotten your password go to the Login page and click 'Forget your password'and reset your password.

You can purchase products from our site without having to register an account.

During the checkout process you can choose 'continue as guest'.

You don't need an account to shop with us but some customers like to see their order history and to save multiple shipping addresses and earn loyalty points with an account!

You will see a confirmation message on the screen (which you can print) and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

We have a super loyalty scheme where you can earn points for every purchases online and in our shops. To get started and earn your first 200 points create an account here.

For every £1 you spend you earn 1 point.

Once you have joined the loyalty you can view you point by clicking "Earn Points" in the footer of every page or click here to check.

How do I check my loyalty points?

Once you are logged in to your account you can click "Earn Points" or "Loyalty" in the fotter menu or click here. You will then see how many points you have in the popup form.

My wine is faulty or Corked

If you have a corked or faulty wine from us, please contact the shop. 

Please note that we currently have many Orange wines and Natural wines which may have an unfamiliar flavour profile to some. We are unable to replace bottles based on a dislike for the wine style.  

We are unable to accept general returns. 

All orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day with Next Day delivery.

We are always testing delivery companies to see who can provide the best service for our customer.

If we ship wines on Friday they often sit in warehouses or vans and often become damaged.

To avoid disappointment we don't dispatch wines that will be in transit over the weekend unless Saturday delivery is paid for.

We notify you by email when you order has been dispatched, with a tracking number and link to the Courier tracking information.

We track your order through our shipping company to ensure it's delivered safely to you.

You can also track at Aftership or download the Shop app.

If any bottles are broken during transit and delivery they will not be delivered to you. We don't see the point of giving you broken bottles.

Our delivery company will notify us if your order is not delivered and we will arrange redelivery for the next earliest day.
