It still needs one year in oak for the best maturation. |
| Tasting notes |
| To taste, there are notes of soft tannins and balanced fruit. This garnet red wine is approachable, but with a very long ageing potential. On the nose, it is intense and persistent, fruity and floral notes like violet and vanilla. Barolo is such a great wine which should not be described as a “basic” or “regular”. |
