| It’s not often that an experience manages to be both supremely intense, and yet reassuringly soft, but our Cabernet Franc achieves this in spades. This wine’s exquisite deep crimson colour makes some huge promises to the drinker. Fortunately, both the nose and the palate amply deliver on those promises. Aromas of black cherry, mocha, fresh earth and violets explode out of the glass, followed by a full, textured palate, fine tannins, and a lingering finish. |
