One of the great premium red wines of South Africa. This Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon, made by the renowned Vergelegen Estate, comes from sheltered west facing vineyards at over 500ft in altitude near False Bay. The grapes were hand-picked and after fermentation were matured in new French oak for 18 months before bottling on 30th October 2014. |
