By spending some time in oak it has acquired a richness and roundness which, with your eyes closed, you could mistake for a serious white Burgundy whilst at the same time retaining all the exuberence of Provence. If you've tried and liked Whispering Angel then, for a special occasion, this is the next step up.
Tasting notes
Fresh and dry with a little creaminess, but with a fullness of taste befitting a seriously well-made wine. Be ready for a subtle peachiness with a trace of spice and signature Provencal herbs. Delicate notes of wood and a superb, satisfying, long finish.

Of course it's perfect for drinking all by itself, but it also pairs up with grilled chicken dishes, white fish and seafood of all types.
