This sparkling wine was blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache. Skin contact was allowed on the Grenache until the beautiful salmon pink colour was achieved and then left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is De-Alcoholised by way of a gently spinning cone technology. Finally, the base wine is infused with CO2 to create a stream of bubbles. Region Darling |
