| This sparkling wine was blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache. Skin contact was allowed on the Grenache until the beautiful salmon pink colour was achieved and then left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is De-Alcoholised by way of a gently spinning cone technology. Finally, the base wine is infused with CO2 to create a stream of bubbles.
Alcohol Free wines have just natural ingredients and but techniques to ensure it is alcohol free vary. This includes removing sugar pre fermentation to more sophisticated techniques of spinning the alcohol out through cones. Across Europe beers below 0.5% ABV are classed as alcohol free.
