An vibrantly fresh, aromatic and complex Portuguese white blend from the Douro While the Douro is best known for Port and red wines this is a good example of the standard its whites can also reach. It's made from grapes of old native vines, principally Rabigato and Codega, which is aged for 9 months in oak barrels. |

| There's lots of freshness here along with a vibrant minerality running right through it. On the palate a light creaminess matches the great natural acidity allowing the flavours of citrus, orange blossom and stone fruits with complex white smoke, dried fruit and saline notes to shine. In all a very well-balanced wine with a pleasingly persistent finish. |
