Jim Barry The Cover Drive has a brilliant deep red colour, with a nose of sweet oak, blackberry and cassis fruit. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with ripe blackberry fruit and subtle vanilla oak and a lingering finish supported by fine grained tannins. The Cover Drive is made with selected parcels of fruit from family owned Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards in the Clare Valley and Coonawarra to produce a wine that is rich, soft and approachable. It's aged for 12 months in American and French oak. |

| The nose leads with aromas of fresh tobacco leaf, cassis, boysenberry and spice. A silk like entry on the palate with super fine, detailed tannin, ripe berried fruits, a hint of tobacco and the classic brambles of Clare Cabernet to finish. |
