The grapes in this wine are fermented in vats at a controlled temperature of around 25ºC. Maceration with skins takes place for approximately 12 days in order to deliver the colour of the wine. The wine then spends 4 months in French oak barrels before rounding off its ageing in the bottle. Won Double Gold at New York International Wine Competition 2020 & Silver in The Drinks Business Global Masters Rioja 2020. |
