What this achieves is a wine with a deep cherry colouring, with notes of of ripe delicate fruit. On the tongue it’s powerfully fruity in taste recalling the taste of dark fruits. Brilliant ruby colour. In the nose crystallized fruit, sweet and subtly toasted spices thanks to the time spent in the barrel. Medium intensity in the mouth with a balanced tannin.
